Privacy Policy
Astro Atlas (“the app”). Effective date: October 3, 2026.
Data we collect
Names, birth dates, birth times, birth places and the places journal you enter are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. All astrological calculations run on the device.
Place search
When you search for a city, the text you type is sent to Apple Maps to find matching places, under Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive it.
Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details; the app only checks whether your access is active.
Analytics and advertising
Starting with version 1.1 the app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used and to measure our own advertising. It receives anonymous usage events (for example, which screens are opened, which theme is selected, when a trial or subscription starts, renews or is cancelled, and the plan and price), device and app information (model, OS version, language, country derived from the network), and a random app-instance identifier. It does not receive your name, birth data, places or journal entries. We do not request the advertising identifier (IDFA), do not show ads in the app and do not sell data. Data is processed by Google under the Firebase privacy terms and kept for up to 14 months. You can stop it at any time by removing the app.
Deleting data
Delete a person from the “Me” tab (long-press → Delete) or remove the app to erase all data.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. Birth data of children is entered by their parents and stays on the parent's device.
